Ask our city to make
poverty and homelessness a top priority!

Over the past 2 years, members of various congregations and faith-based organizations have been meeting to discuss how we can better work together to address the increasing numbers of homeless and impoverished in Anaheim. We believe that we can do more when we unite together to look at broader problems and solutions to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our city.

We have met with community
leaders, social workers, police, city
officials, non-profits, faith-based
organizations and the people they
serve to better understand the current
issues and struggles.

The Anaheim Poverty Task Force
then drafted a 5-year Plan to Address
Homelessness and Poverty in the City of Anaheim that aligns with the goals and objectives that were developed by the county’s 10-year Plan to End Homelessness. This plan creates a vehicle for our city to move forward together in assisting the most
vulnerable in our community.
